How do great bustards dress to impress?
Great bustards are large birds of Asian deserts. In the breeding season, the male puts on a spectacular display to win a mate. He fluffs out his neck feathers, raises his tail to reveal white underfeathers, and spreads his wings to make two dazzling white fans. Then he struts about proudly. If the female is impressed, she will mate with him.
