No. Reptiles are not home-makers like many mammals. Some may dig burrows to live in, but more often they find a crack in the rocks, or a hole in the ground, where they can shelter. A few take advantage of the den-making skills of other creatures. The tuatara lives in a burrow made by a bird, and some snakes lodge in prairie dog townships.
