Which is the shyest rainforest animal?
The shyest animal in the rainforest is probably the okapi. These timid creatures are related to giraffes, and look like a cross between a short-necked giraffe and a zebra. They live only in the rainforests of Zaire, Africa. Okapis are so secretive and solitary that, apart from local people, no one knew they even existed until 1901.
